It’s all about honoring people who help others.
That’s the goal that 14- year-old Jaq Quinn has. He is in his fifth year as a member of the Hornitos 4- H club, and he has worked hard on getting his 4-H Emerald Star Project.
His effort, called “A Field of Service — Past and Present,” honors those men and women who have placed duty, honor and country before self.
Quinn is honoring all military men and women, emergency first responders, firefighting personnel, law enforcement and others.
