Two jailed for murder after incident in Eastern Madera

 An early-morning report of a man lying in the roadway turned into a murder investigation with two suspects in custody and bail set at $1 million each.
At 3:10 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, a witness called 911 to report the situation on Road 224, also known as Bonnie B, according to the Madera County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
“CHP initially responded to investigate a hit-and-run collision,” the department stated.
