Tracy Luanne Baxter

Beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother Tracy Baxter passed away on Aug. 22, 2018 after a long and valiant struggle with multiple medical issues.

Tracy was born on Feb. 22, 1963 in Fresno to Theda and Andrew Parsons. She was one of 11 siblings.

She moved to Mariposa in 1997. She worked in retail in Yosemite National Park, where she met her husband-to-be Marcus Baxter. After falling in love at first sight, they married in 2003.

Tracy is survived by her husband Marcus, son Christopher Collins of Sanger; daughter Jennifer Collins of Fresno; former husband Dennis Collins of Fresno; grandchildren Amayah, JJ, Leah and Riaz; and great-grandchild Maliya.

She loved gardening, the Giants, the Raiders, but most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed.
