Interest in the upcoming general election is “through the roof.”
That was the word from Courtney Morrow, chief deputy county clerk in Mariposa County, who said registration is soaring for this election cycle.
As of last week, a record-setting 11,609 people were registered to vote and Morrow said more are coming in on a daily basis.
