The Greatest of All-Time is from Indiana


A few thoughts about that (Matt Johnson’s May 14 column “Larry Bird deserves more consideration as the GOAT”).

Bird is the greatest of all time — no question — because he’s from Indiana. But he was also very good, as you wrote in your column a ways back.
