The Bison Creek Ranch issue has come to an end. On Wednesday, June 12, Judge Dana Walton sold Jerry Cox’s entire 437-acre-ranch to an “anonymous buyer” for about one-half its value. This is despite the ranch being legally divided into three parcels, and despite that another buyer has offered the same price for one of the parcels. But waiting a short time for the buyer to free up the funds is not an option, according to this judge (after this case has dragged on for two years).
