Plant-A-Row hits 2,000 pound mark




A local program aimed at providing food for those in need is doing well.
The Plant-A-Row program has provided a few thousand pounds of food for the community thus far, said Susan Taber, founder of the program.
Taber began the Plant A Row program this year, and it encourages people with gardens to plant an extra row of vegetables and donate them to the under served population.
