Park service cuts back on free entrance days

First is next Monday for MLK Day

The National Park Service has scaled back the number of free-pass days this year, but local residents will still be able to take advantage of free entrance if they use bus service.
Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System (YARTS) officials have announced they were allotted 10 days to have free service into Yosemite in 2018. Persons who ride a YARTS bus get into the Park for free.
But for motorists, the number of free-entrance days has been drastically reduced by the park service.
