Officials seeking more information about man charged with sex assault


The Investigative Services Branch of the National Park Service (NPS) is asking the public for more information and additional victims to come forward regarding a sexual assault that took place in Yosemite National Park last April.

Charles Porter, 30, allegedly assaulted a victim along with making non-consensual sexual contact in an attempt to sexually assault the victim on April 14, 2020 in Yosemite National Park, according to the NPS March 23 release.
