Supervisors to take second look at apartment complex


Self-Help Enterprises last December opened Sugar Pine Village in Madera, a community of low income apartments (some seen here) with amenities including a housing along with a community building, walking paths, playground, and outdoor areas.

The Madera County Board of Supervisors plans to reconsider the future of a planned high-density apartment complex in Oakhurst on Aug. 16.
