Mariposa County Flashback

“Mariposa County Flashback” is a collaboration between the newspaper and the Mariposa County Museum and History Center. The Oso House in Bear Valley was largely constructed from building materials brought “Around the Horn in 1849-50.” It was a large two-story building that was headquarters for John C. Fremont in 1859.
