I just received a copy of resolution 04-20 concerning the hospital’s request to the board of supervisors to adopt a 1 percent sales tax from the county to support the continuation of its service.
My first reaction is that bad management has allowed the hospital to go broke, or insolvent prior to the November election. In other words, malfeasance has taken its course.
