The prison sentence of an area man convicted of violent crimes is getting a second look.
Judge Robert F. Moody, who sentenced Luke Willey, 38, to prison in September, is taking another look at the sentence. He called for a hearing last Thursday to examine what he called “technical” issues that were “troublesome” in the case.
“There’s a possibility I could leave it (the sentence) the way is, but it looks like I’ll change it in some way,” said Moody.
