Long fined by election board for 21 violations

Failing to report all economic interest on annual filings has finally caught up with Mariposa County Supervisor Marshall Long.

The District 3 supervisor — and current board chair now — is being fined $2,100 for 21 counts by the California Fair and Political Practices Commission (FPPC). His violations boil down to not adhering to the commission’s required economic interest reporting over a span of five years.
