Jennifer Clarissa Victoriano-Manzanares

On Saturday, May 18, 2019, Jennifer “Jenny” Clarissa Victoriano-Manzanares, an employee of Yosemite View Lodge, tragically lost her life while driving home from work through the Merced River Canyon.

Jennifer is survived by her boyfriend of 14 years, Jose “Pepe” Rafael Herrera, and their 3-year-old son, Isaac.

Jennifer was 26 years old and moved to Mariposa just three years ago to start a new life here with her family. She was most known for her willingness to help others, her kind heart and her determination to be a successful woman and mother.

Jennifer’s son Isaac was recently diagnosed with autism and will begin seeing a specialist in the near future. We are asking for donations to help lift the financial burden on her family during this difficult time. Donations will be used to help with funeral expenses, the sudden loss of income and financial security for both Isaac’s doctor visits and child care. A gofundme account has been created for Pepe and Isaac at www.gofundme.com/contributions-for-pepe-herrera-amp-son .
