Jefferson Venard

 

 

Jefferson Allen Venard, born in Gotebo, Okla., on April 29, 1941, went home to be with Jesus on Jan. 6, 2018.

A resident of Mariposa since 1994, Jeff enjoyed 15 years as a school bus driver, following a 30-plus year career as a police officer, the last 12 of which were as a motor officer for the Ontario Police Department.

Jeff is survived by Charla, his loving wife of 38 years, their son Matt and daughter Melissa, and four precious grandchildren. Jeff’s life was characterized by confident faith in Christ, integrity and a deep love for others.
