Say concerns have fallen on deaf ears

Nurses at the John C. Fremont Healthcare District are putting their efforts forward to unionize, pushing for changes.

The JCF Organizing Committee wants shared governance with the district’s administration in decision making. Employee retention is another concern pushing their movement, as is advocating for an equitable workplace, ensuring management is held accountable to staffing concerns to overall ensure policies and procedures are in line with current practices.
