Ice cream social, July 16
The Chowchilla Mountain Women’s Club will host its annual ice cream social on Saturday, July 16. It will be from 5-7 p.m.
There will be homemade ice cream and cookies. It will be held at the Ponderosa Basin Firehouse located at 5618 Creel Road.
The event is free but donations will be accepted and appreciated. The club supports volunteer firefighters of Ponderosa Basin Engine Co. 32. Proceeds will benefit firefighter programs.
