After weeks of uncertainty, it appears Robin Hopper will remain as the Mariposa County Superintendent of Schools.
Hopper was arrested in Planada in April on charges of driving under the influence and she allegedly bit a peace officer during the arrest.
At a special school board meeting called shortly after the incident, the board voted to place Hopper on paid administrative leave for her dual role as district superintendent and county superintendent.
