Hoke pleads not guilty

Kevin Hoke entered a not guilty plea to a drunk driving charge in Mariposa County Superior Court on May 20. He remains in custody at the Mariposa County Jail.

At the end of January, Hoke got probation for his part in the murder of Lonnie Ritter of Greeley Hill a year earlier.
