Fundraiser gives a tip to displaced workers



It won’t dramatically change their lives.

But every bit helps.

A Greeley Hill man has recently spearheaded the fundraising of approximately $2,300 dollars for local workers who have been displaced by the Covid-19 pandemic. Since launching his grassroots campaign in early December, John Kirby and a team of fundraisers have amassed those donations specifically for county employees in the restaurant, bar, hospitality and salon industries.

Those workers can’t receive tips while dining rooms...
