Air resources are called in to douse wind-whipped blaze

This converted P-2V Neptune made a retardant drop on the Fox Fire south of Ben Hur Road on Sunday afternoon. The aircraft type was originally designed during World War II to fulfill an anti-submarine role for the U.S. Navy.
