To incentivize or not incentivize.
That was the question.
The Mariposa County Board of Supervisors received a presentation from County Chief Administrative Officer Dallin Kimble last week, about how the county can provide tax incentives to housing and business developers.
In a lengthy discussion, Kimble presented a draft of a plan which could be used to incentivize developers. He said his draft was based on a similar model used in San Joaquin County.
