Maybe it’s the end of the drought. Maybe it was the Detwiler Fire. Maybe it was the phenomenal amount of fires around the state. Maybe it is just back of mind.
Whatever the reason, it appears the issue of tree mortality in Mariposa County may have gone from the front burner to the back burner.
