The partial government shutdown is now well into its fourth week and there doesn’t seem to be any indication of when it might end.
The shutdown is impacting a wide swath of federal government employees, including locally where workers are either furloughed or they are working without pay.
Those include employees of the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service.
