Alleged abuse of special ed student under investigation

Law enforcement officials recently opened an investigation into an alleged physical assault of a special education student in the Mariposa County Unified School District (MCUSD). The investigation was confirmed last Friday by Kristie Mitchell, public information officer for the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office.
