Premier Valley Bank, which includes Yosemite Bank in Mariposa, will merge with and become a whollyowned subsidiary of Iowabased Heartland Financial USA Inc. County Ordinance No. 94, requires each Land Owner and Lessees to exterminate the ground squirrels infesting his ranch, ranch or range, by poisoning or otherwise.
