The Mariposa Lions Club hosted the 61st annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony and bonfire at the Mariposa County Courthouse on Dec. 11. The club served over 340 hot dogs, along with popcorn, hot chocolate and hot cider at no cost to all in attendance.
