INFORMATION SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
DEADLINE:
Thursday, 5 p.m. for Editorial submissions to the Gazette.
Tuesday, noon. Classified advertising deadline. Call (209) 966-2500 to place your ad. If you place your ad on-line. please call to advise us of such so you don't miss the deadline.
We prefer Editorial submissions to be e-mailed to the main address (mariposagazette@mariposagazette.com) or to the editor, Jill Ballinger (jballinger@mariposagazette.com). Again, the deadline is 5 p.m. each Thursday.
Written submissions can be hand delivered to 5024 Highway 140 in downtown Mariposa, or mailed to: Mariposa Gazette, P.O. Box 38, Mariposa, CA 95338. The same deadline applies.
For submitting photos, they must be in a JPEG or TIFF format, and not embedded in the body of the e-mail, but sent as an attachment.
Additionally, submitted Editorial material (via e-mail) should be in the body of the e-mail, not as an attachment, which is a simple, copy and paste exercise.
