Carl Wiberg

We lost our most beloved brother, Carl E. Wilberg, on Saturday, March 4, 2017, after a short illness and now God has called him home.

Carl was born on March 30, 1946, in Merced, Calif., and grew up in Cathey’s Valley on the ranch with his two brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by Vera Jean, Mary Lee, Dorothy, Emily, John and Ted; his three children; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, whom he truly loved.

The last 20 years he resided in Gig Harbor, Wash. He served in the U.S. Army, 1st Bn. 8th Cavalry, Air Cavalry Division in Vietnam and received a Purple Heart.

You are so loved, Carl. We will miss you very much. Thank you for all the great memories.

Memorial services will follow at a later date.

My Prayers and Love go out to

My Prayers and Love go out to the family and friends of Carl. We were friends and I truly enjoyed keeping track of him through his brother, Teddy on FB the last years. We attended school in the old school house in Cathey Valley and all the way up into where we all moved on into our own directions in later lives. My heart goes out to all that loved Carl and know that he was a very wonderful person.
