Virginia English

On Oct. 26, 2016 Virginia “Ginger” L. English passed away at her home in Bailey Flats, Calif.

Virginia was born in Joplin, Mo., on Dec. 1, 1937. She was the second child and daughter of Mildred B. and Harold Y. Heiskell.

Virginia attended Sacramento State University in 1958. She married Richard Moore March 10, 1957. Richard passed unexpectedly Jan. 15, 1971.

She married Don English in 1973 and lived in Carmichael, Calif. Virginia retired from serving the California State Senate for eight years and moved to the Ranch in 1994. Don and Virginia started their own company with Virginia as CFO for the following 22 years.

Virginia is survived by husband, Donald “Don” C. English; sons Michael R. Moore and Marc A. Moore; daughter, Deborah D. English; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In loving memory, Virginia, beloved wife and mother, gave her best and cared deeply.
