Trio of Griz help out with win at All-Stars

(Greg Knight | The GAZETTE)Sunday, June 15, 2014 - 3:30 p.m. - A trio of Grizzly baseball players, Noah Fluharty, Bodie Vegely and Levi Fane, along with head coach Bruce Vegely and assistant coach Justin Kleinsmith, made the trip to the 2014 Merced County All-Star Baseball Game at Merced College on Saturday, June 14—and saw the players from Mariposa take part in an 11-9 victory for the North squad.

Aside from Mariposa, the North team was comprised of players from Hilmar, Buhach Colony, Atwater, Livingston, Los Banos and Gustine. The South team pulled the best players from Merced, Golden Valley, Dos Palos and Grizzly archrival Le Grand.
