Superintendent search policy under consideration

Tuesday, June 17, 2014 - 4:10 p.m. - After the tumultuous search for a new superintendent of the Mariposa County School District resulted in the board of trustees rescinding a job offer to Dr. Todd Cutler in April, and subsequently hiring former Livingston Union School District Assistant Superintendent Robin Hopper, a new policy regarding the selection of the district’s top administrator is being considered.

The board of trustees could vote on Thursday, June 19 to establish the policy on the search and hiring process related to future superintendent candidates in Mariposa County.
