Driver OK after rollover accident

(Greg Knight | The GAZETTE)Thursday, May 22, 2014 - 8:45 a.m. - Personnel from Mariposa County Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol responded to a crash involving a Chevy Impala that overturned and landed on its roof on Triangle Road on Wednesday, May 21. 

According to a CHP report, the vehicle, which was driven by Mariposa resident Brittney Scardino, was traveling east on Triangle Road near Buckingham Mountain Road when she lost control of the vehicle and it came to rest on the south shoulder. 

Scardino, 21, was transported to John C. Fremont Hospital for minor injuries and was later released.
