MES softball team stays perfect in Le Grand

On Tuesday, April 15, the Bears traveled down the hill to Le Grand to take on the Lady Vikings, beating the rivals 8-0, and giving many MES student-athletes their first taste of the long-standing sports battle between the two towns.

The squad, which is undefeated at 15-0, also demolished an unlikely foe this month—the Mariposa County High School junior varsity team—in a 27-2 shellacking.
