True Value store is named to top-13 list

Wednesday, April 16, 2014 - 12:15 p.m. - Mariposa's Foster True Value hardware store has been named one of the brand's top 13 stores for 2014.

The store was selected from more than 5,000 stores across the globe. True Value's Central California region is one of 13 and includes parts of Utah, Nevada, California and all of Hawaii, store owner Troy Foster said.

"We could not serve this community without the great people that work here," store spokesperson Melissa Swank said. "Customer service is our key."

The store employs close to 20 people, and is currently planning a new 14,000-square-foot location opposite Mariposa's Rite Aid store facing Highway 49 North.
