Stonum leads in campaign fundraising

Thursday, April 3, 2014 - 2:45 p.m. - The most current fundraising and expenditure reports by candidates running for county office in the June 3 primary election show assessor-recorder hopeful Neil Stonum as the clear leader in campaign funding, with $5,550 raised between Jan. 1and March 17.

Stonum has also spent more than any other candidate in Mariposa County, with receipts totalling $4,781.

Becky Crafts, the incumbent assessor-recorder, reported raising $1,000 in campaign cash, with receipts totalling $752.
