Clampers to place high school plaque on Saturday

Tuesday, March 25, 2014, 3 p.m. - Local members of the E Clampus Vitus fraternal organization vow to place a history plaque at Mariposa County High School on Saturday, March 29.

The high school plaque will be the 34th historic dedication by the Clampers' Matuca Chapter 1849, which has been located in Mariposa County since 1936.

The plaque placement is prompted by the school's 100th anniversary this year.

The event kicks off at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the high school.
