Margaret Louise Brazelton

Margaret Louise Brazelton, 71, of Neosho, Mo., died Jan. 7, 2014 at her home, after a lengthy battle with muscular sclerosis.

Margaret was born Oct. 15, 1942 in Hanford, Calif. She worked as a humane officer for Plumas County before moving to the Neosho area in Missouri. She was a lifelong dog lover and handler of Irish wolfhounds and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

Margaret and Edward Brazelton were married on July 15, 1961, and he survives. Other survivors include two children, Katrina Wedell and husband, Rhett, of San Jose, and Tim Brazelton and wife, Cheri, of Neosho, Mo. Margaret is also survived by five grandchildren, Holli Best, William Palmieri, Ashley Pridemore, Megan Marashlian and Alexandra Weddell, and three great-grandchildren, Marin Best, Owen Best and Cassidy Pridemore.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, Jan. 11 at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Pastor Buddy Funk was scheduled to officiate. Interment of the cremains will be in the Grangeville Cemetery, in Hanford, Calif. at a later date.
