Guerrero held on $100,000 bail

Jill Ballinger

Martin Guerrero was apprehended by Mariposa County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday night. He now sits in the Mariposa County Jail on $100,000 bail.

According to the Mariposa County Sheriff's Office, a citizen reported seeing Guerrero in the Oasis Trailer Park after seeing his photograph through media sources. Deputies locked down the park and searched for Guerrero. He was eventually arrested after coming out from under a trailer where he had been hiding.

The victim told deputies on Tuesday that she had been physically beaten, held against her will and sexually assaulted for several days. Guerrero now faces a myriad of charges related to the allegations. The victim was taken to a hospital in Merced for treatment of her injuries.

See next week's Mariposa Gazette for full details on Guerrero's arrest.

I think that it is really sad

I think that it is really sad that the residents of the Oasis Trailer Park could not even so much as call the sheriff(ANONMOUSLY OF COURSE) after hearing the victims screaming for help and witnessing him dragging her through the yard into the house. That just goes to show how meth seriously interfers with judgement and ultimately destroys lives.

Why the hell does he have

Why the hell does he have bail someone please answer me??
