A young man and two children were involved in an accident on Highway 49 South this morning. The accident backed up traffic for a short time.

While no details were yet available, it appears the man went off the highway north of Stockton Creek Road and rolled his car. When emergency personnel arrived, the man was holding a baby and a sheriff's deputy and some good samaritans were tending to a toddler.

The Gazette will update this story as soon as details become available.
