Warm weather won't last

Jill Ballinger/GAZETTE EDITOR

The days feel more like May than November right now, but the National Weather Service says it won't last.

Temperatures between today and Tuesday are expected to be in the low 80s--some 10 to 20 degrees above normal.

The NWS, however, is predicting a huge change by late in the week. Rain and snow are forecast beginning Thursday. Snow levels are expected to start around 7,000 feet, but drop to about 3,000 feet during the course of the storm.
