What a shame to remove the

What a shame to remove the bridges. Some of these people should spend some time in Europe and enjoy the plethora of bridges, old roads and historic places to more fully appreciate the value these things add to the American landscape. We are so bombarded by tasteless, cheap architecture that at all costs we should preserve these older quaint structure. Seems all that would be gained is a few more cubic feet of free flowing water but in turn, we would loose history and character.
