My husband and myself have

My husband and myself have had numerous scares just trying to drive through town in the evening due to pedestrians crossing legally in the crosswalks, but it's so dark we could not see them until they crossed in front of the headlights of the oncoming cars. We were not exceeding the speed and they were in the crosswalks. The only thing I see is that downtown needs brighter streetlights.

And what about trying to get

And what about trying to get back onto 140 E. from Pioneer Market? Or, Hwy 49 North from Yosemite Bank? Nightmarish at times.

This is good news but please

This is good news but please consider putting in 4 way stop at 8th Street and Hwy 140. It is so difficult to exit 8th onto 140 before/after work and during school hours. I see many people driving all the way to the end of town just to get on the Highway.
