Looks like they got a 2nd

This extension sites 350 members of the local Southern Sierra Miwuks or American Indian Council of Mariposa do not have birth certificates on file. This is a requirement for enrollment in their membership. This is almost 40 percent of their members. The total membership of the Southern Sierra Miwuks is 872. They should not become a tribe if they did not even follow their own enrollment policies and requirements as cited on their application. Looks fishy too me.
