Highway 41 has reopened

Highway 41 into Yosemite National Park has reopened after a brief closure today.

The Central Valley Transportation Management Center reports that the road is open in both directions and there is no hazardous material in the area.

It had closed earlier today after remnants of the April 22 sulfur spill in the Fish Camp area reacted with water on the road.
