The representative told the Deputy that the residents at a Buena Vista Road  home apparently had cut the lock off the water shut-off valve that the water company had secured to the water system, causing vandalism and suspected water theft.

While at the residence, the Deputy noticed evidence of marijuana growing. Further investigation produced a large indoor marijuana growing operation. Stephanie Kramer (aka Stephanie Hector) was found to be cultivating marijuana and found to be in possession of 152 cloned marijuana plants.
