It’s time for the Bootjack Volunteer Fire Department’s pancake breakfast and bake sale. The date is Saturday, Jan. 28, from 7 to 11 a.m. The cost for the breakfast is $5 for adults and $3 for children.

This fundraiser will be held at the Bootjack Firehouse on Bootjack Lane and will include pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, juice and coffee. The bake sale will be in the corner of the same room.

The department appreciates all the people in the community who support its fundraising efforts to help make the community a better place in which to live, and members are looking forward to serving breakfast on Jan. 28.
