Gayle M. Kelly

Gayle M. Kelly, 72, passed

Sept. 19, unexpectedly. She was surrounded by her family in

Carson City, Nev.

Gayle was born Dec. 22, 1938, in Glendale, to Grace (Kelly) Kaylor and Carl Kelly. She graduated from Mariposa High School. She went on to retire as a bookkeeper for Klein's Truck Stop in Fresno, where she worked for 23 years. Gayle was most recently living with her daughter and sonin law in Dayton, Nev. What Gayle loved most was being around her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Ricker) Cadenhead of Dayton, Nev., Teresa Zollars of Fresno,, Kelly Willson of Vacaville, and Grace (Cadenhead) Higgins of Winnemucca, Nev. Gayle was blessed with seven grandchildren, Justin Brewer, Tiffany and Nicolette Ricker, Kyle and Kendall Willson, and Eric, Nina and Dean Cadenhead.

There will be a graveside service on Oct. 7, at 5 p.m. at the St. Joseph’s Cemetery, followed by a celebration of life, Saturday Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. at the Carter Ranch at end of Carter Road in Mariposa.
