Now that there is interest in

Now that there is interest in doing something with this property the Garber house has become an issue. If the property had sat there a few more years the Garber house would be in the same condition as the red house next to it which is not salvagable. It seems a waste of resources to attempt to restore the house. So many new materials would be in the house it would not really be an old structure that was maintained to its historical accuracy. To use it as office space would ruin it anyway with an influx of all the modern requirements for a business to run.
